Where is the best place to go for kick boxing in Portland, Oregon?

I am looking for a place (preferably with in walking didtance of 97212) that offers kick boxing, hapkido, self defense or another type of martial arts for a low price per class. I don%26#039;t want a gym membership or anything, just somewhere a beginner like myself can go and learn to fight. I am a seventeen year old girl so I%26#039;m looking for a class that isn%26#039;t full of small children or ego maniacs.
