can someone tell me what to do or press when ur knocked down in wii boxing to get back up?|||nothin, i just press random buttons

I just press every button and shake the nun chuck
if you have been knocked out a lot
you cant do much.|||There is no button or waggle motion to make you just have to hope you get up fast enough to to get K.O.ed
