Does any one know what you have to do for your Standard boxing award?

I have done my primarily boxing award and am now ready to take the second boxing award. After that I will take Bronze and silver and oh maybe gold.





Ok so I know the more I practice the better change I have got, but what combinations like Jabs, blocks, etc.





I know the right hands called a jab,but can%26#039;t remember what you call the left hand.|||the left hand is a jab, the right hand is a cross when throwing straights... that%26#039;s assuming you%26#039;re fighting orthodox...
