Where can i get good boxing gloves?

Hi. I%26#039;m looking to do some sparring with my friend with 16 ounce gloves. I don%26#039;t have much money, so i liked to get it cheap, but the quality has to be pretty good/decent. I would also like to get protective gear with it. Where can i get cheap good boxing gloves and protective head gear?|||Quality sparring equipment will cost some decent money. Try ebay and maybe you can catch a deal.
