I need a diet and exercise plan for Boxing can someone make one for me?
I am in Boxing right now and currently 152lbs and 5%26#039;7. I have a little extra weight and would like to be 142 by march 21st I would like to have a diet and a work out. I am also in track and run about 3-5 miles a day so I have running down already and I just started after 3 months due to injuries. So my question is can someone make a diet and exercise plan for me?|||why dont you run for few more miles?
