Why is there no undisputed champion of the world in Boxing?

Why happened to heavyweight boxing, why is it so lame?|||There are title holders, but no champion because they lack the stones to risk those meaningless titles fighting against anyone who might be able to fight back. Too much protectionism, over management and a preoccupation with low risk paydays, coupled with no respect for the history of boxing or the meaning of the word %26quot;champion%26quot;. It%26#039;s all a business, and the history of the sport means nothing in the face of the almighty $.|||Dude there still can be i mean the fight between crap ! i forgot thier names but theres like a wba belt wbo belt and another belt and there was a fight betwwen a dude that had 2 belts against a dude who had 1 and basicly whoever won that ended up as undisputed|||why happened to people spelling stuff right
