How do i get my feet more quick for boxing?

I have been boxing for about 5 months and have mostly been working heavy bag and sparring.|||Jump Rope forward and reverse but I also use ankle weights when I run.|||what if i told u that jump rope is the most important thing is boxing, jump rope until you cant feel your calves no more, thats what I do, and I move like roy jones|||Jump rope with using one leg and switching to the other and then jump on you heels and switch to jumping on the balls of your feet but in sequence. If you do that good your going to be light on your feet.|||jump rope works but my trainer will tie my feet to a rope about 2 and a half feet apart to move my feet it helps with foot placement balance and quickness
